病気のために遅れ

私は客年と同じように新年を病気をしたことから始めて、複数の呼吸器疾患による 3週間も寝てたんですもの。それは予想通りでいた、私は冬に病気にかかりやすいのです。 全身性「LUPUS」ことエリテマトーデスと呼ばれる慢性の(伝染しません)病気にかかっている。これは免疫機構が自分自身の細胞を襲撃して、内臓に害を起す自體免疫疾病である。全身性は文字通り体中どこにでも症状が起こることを意味し、そして私の場合、エリテマトーデスは特に肺を冒すもとである。風邪を引くと、風邪がなかなか抜けません、そして万病の元。いずれ…仕事の遅れを取り戻すのにあらゆる努力を払っている。ではすぐに又書き込みする。


Began new year as previous, in bed for 3 weeks with multiple respiratory ailments. This was expected, as i tend to poor health in winter. I have chronic (noncontagious) condition, systemic lupus erythematosus aka Lupus. An auto-immune disease where body attacks its own cells. Systemic means effects whole body, and in my case, especially involves lungs. If i catch cold, i cannot easily get rid of it, and leads to further illness. Anyway... I'm trying hard to catch up on overdue work. So then i'll write an entry again soon.
